A powder tabletability equation

چکیده
An equation describing tablet tensile strength as a function of compaction pressure was derived from the Ryshkewitch and Kuentz-Leuenberger equations. The used to fit data 11 powders, including single-component powders mixtures, with wide range mechanical properties. Three fitted parameters are obtained directly strength-compaction data, which one describes apparent bonding another strongly correlates plasticity.
